I found my digital voice at a young age.

Speaking at a rally to support Chicago Public Schools students in 2017.

My passion for expressing myself and uniting communities through digital media began in high school. As multimillion dollar budget cuts loomed over Chicago’s public schools, I led students in protest, creating digital calls to action through social graphics and videos.

Above all else, I am passionate about helping folks to tell stories that often go unheard through fresh, novel digital media techniques.

I am a digital native who thrives as a storyteller. My career in digital media spans numerous political campaigns, nonprofit organizations, congressional offices, and federal agencies, including the ACLU of the District of Columbia, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the U.S. Economic Development Administration, and the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce.

I graduated with my B.A. in Political Communication and my M.A. in Media & Strategic Communication from George Washington University. I am currently based in Washington, D.C., but my roots lie in my hometown of Chicago.

I create visually stunning work that breaks down even the most complex ideas into bite-sized, digestible content. To ensure that organizations reach the widest possible audience with mission-specific resources, I ensure that digital content is 508-compliant to create a level playing field for stakeholders of all types.

VISIBILITY

I am passionate about helping organizations tell stories that often go unheard by using fresh, novel techniques in the digital media realm. I combine different digital mediums to spread the word. I use a “Swiss Army Knife” approach — I do it all, from social graphics to infographics, videos, podcasts and websites.

DURABILITY

Our digital landscape is constantly evolving, often in an unpredictable way. That’s why I prioritize content that remains impactful over time — not just what was trendy yesterday. As a trained political communication professional, each piece of content that I design and publish is part of a larger strategy to achieve a designated institutional goal.

I have received numerous honors and awards for my digital storytelling efforts, having recently been named a Business Equality Magazine Class of 2023 Pride LGBTQ Leader Under 40. My work is grounded in three major principles:
